Incorrect Orders

If your order has been supplied incorrectly due to an error on our behalf, including:

  • Incorrect blind type
  • Incorrect colour or fabric
  • Incorrect measurements supplied by us
  • Damaged or faulty products

Once we have reviewed your order details, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be replaced at no additional cost to you.


Incorrect Measurements Provided by Customer

As our blinds are made to your specified measurements, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all measurements provided at the time of ordering are accurate.

If you have ordered the incorrect size blind, please contact our team using the email address provided on our website. We will work with you to determine the best solution and advise on available options.

Please note that made-to-measure blinds cannot generally be returned or refunded where incorrect measurements have been provided by the customer.
