Where we deliver

We deliver Australia-wide.

Made-to-order lead time

Because every blind is made to order, please allow approximately 10 working days for manufacture before dispatch. We'll email you tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery cost

Delivery is calculated per order, based on the size and number of blinds you order. The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within about 5 working days, so most orders arrive around 3 weeks after you order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at returns@haloblinds.com.au with photos and your order number and we'll make it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
